Cathy Shay

Cathy Shay has extensive experience in library and customer service roles, currently serving as a Branch Librarian at Lake Macquarie City Council since September 2019, and previously holding the position of Customer Experience Leader at the same organization. Cathy Shay earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Charles Sturt University, completing the program between 1998 and 2002.
