Eileen Cannon

Eileen Cannon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business and Financial Partner with Lake Macquarie City Council since April 2018, Eileen has also held roles such as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Budget Coordinator, and Financial Accountant within the same organization. Prior to this, Eileen worked as a Senior Finance Manager at WPP AUNZ and held several key finance management positions at Ogilvy Impact, Ogilvy Public Relations, and Ogilvy Healthworld, spanning over a decade. Eileen’s earlier career includes accounting roles at Chugg Entertainment, ESB International, MGM, and a significant tenure at Grant Thornton Australia, where Eileen specialized in Audit and Assurance. Eileen holds a CPA qualification from CPA Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law from UNSW.
