Matt Brogan

Matt Brogan has over two decades of extensive experience in civil engineering and city infrastructure management. Currently, Matt serves as the Manager City Works at Lake Macquarie City Council, a position held since August 2005, with previous roles including Section Manager City Infrastructure and Coordinator Infrastructure Assets Strategy. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Lake Macquarie City Council and as a Senior Civil Engineer at Stanwill Consulting Engineers from November 1999 to August 2005. Matt holds a Master of Business in Business Administration and Management from the University of Newcastle, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2001.
