Michael Holdsworth

Michael Holdsworth is an experienced engineering professional with expertise in road design and civil infrastructure projects, currently serving as the Coordinator Engineering Road Design and Team Lead City Projects at Lake Macquarie City Council since December 2012. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering road design team, managing road design projects, conducting environmental and risk assessments, and ensuring project targets are met. Prior to this role, Michael Holdsworth worked as a Senior Civil Designer with a focus on complex civil infrastructure projects and was previously a Civil Designer at Central Coast Council, where skills in drainage solutions, public consultation, and project management were developed. Michael Holdsworth holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from TAFE NSW.
