Amy J. Davis

Amy J. Davis, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Lake of the Pines Association since September 2016. Previously, Amy held multiple roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill, including People Support Manager, where involvement in organizational development, employee relations, and performance management was prominent. Amy also gained experience as a Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist, managing employee relations programs and developing HR policies. Beginning their career at Lanterman Developmental Center as a Music Therapist and Case Coordinator, Amy utilized music therapy to enhance communication and social skills in individuals with developmental disabilities. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from the University of the Pacific.
