Ann Hiedeman

Ann Hiedeman has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Ann is currently working at Lake Region Healthcare, where they hold the positions of Vice President Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Ann served as the Vice President for Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Ann also worked at Xcelerate Fitness as an HR Strategist and Consultant, where they played a pivotal role in developing the company's people strategy. Additionally, Ann has held leadership positions in human resources at North Dakota State College of Science and Moorhead Area Public Schools.

Ann Hiedeman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Concordia College. In 2009-2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Leadership at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2016 and holds the title of Unstoppable Cultures Certified Fellow from Unstoppable Cultures.
