Michelle Rauls

Michelle Rauls, PHR has held various roles in the human resources and recruitment field. Michelle started their career at J.J. Keller and Associates as a Lead Generation Representative before moving on to Rogan's Shoes as a Manager. Michelle then transitioned to ABR Employment Services as a Staffing Specialist and later worked at BioTechnique LLC as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Currently, Michelle is serving as the Assistant Vice President Talent Acquisition Manager at Lake Ridge Bank. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
