Mark Critch is an accomplished financial management professional with extensive experience in municipal governance and budget planning. Currently serving as General Manager at the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority since October 2017, Mark previously held the position of Manager of Business and Capital Planning at the Region of Peel from July 2010 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading a team in operating and capital budget management. Earlier roles include Manager of Budget and Financial Services at the Regional Municipality of York and Financial Engineer at Proctor and Gamble. Mark is a Certified Management Accountant, having completed certification with the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario from 2009 to 2011, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics/Finance from the University of Guelph.
