Cary Hill

Cary Hill serves as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Lake Superior Consulting since August 2023, where support is provided to a dedicated team delivering consulting and engineering services for the nation’s energy infrastructure. In addition, Cary is a Results Coach at Lead4Results since April 2020, focusing on areas such as strategy development, workforce engagement, and financial management. Previously, Cary held the position of Interim Chief Operations Officer at Shoppa's Material Handling and spent multiple roles at MESA from 2005 to 2020, including CEO and CFO, leading integrity solutions for corrosion control. Other notable experiences include serving as a Client Coach at Six Disciplines Consulting Services and Contract CFO at Profit Abilities, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Cisco-Eagle. Cary holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (1987-1990).
