Maya Mattke

Maya Mattke is the Controller at Lake Superior Consulting. She provides financial management and direction in financial reporting, costing, planning, and financial procedures. Her previous role was the Accounting Manager responsible for mitigating operational risk, identifying collection problems, and revenue recognition. Before joining LSC, she was the Finance Director at Community Health Information Collaborative and an Accountant for the St. Louis County Auditor's Office.

Working with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team provides exciting dynamics. Maya balances their long-term strategies with shifts in business priorities to ensure they deliver on its stakeholder commitments. Her team of accounting professionals manages their financial administration and provides financial KPIs and business case analyses to support nimble decision-making.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She is an active member of the community and serves on the Lake Superior Zoological Society Board of Directors.
