Joshua Hoeberling has work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as a Maintenance worker at Coyote Preserve Golf Course in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Athletic Department Intern at Owosso Public Schools and also as a Delivery Driver at Jets Pizza. In 2016, they interned as an Office Intern at TLC Senior Care. In 2017, they became a Business Analyst at Auto-Owners Insurance, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst II at Lake Trust Credit Union, where they are responsible for documenting requirements, creating test plans, and assisting in testing for company initiatives. Joshua has also played a key role in improving efficiency through the creation of procedures and has been appointed to the SWAT team for problem-solving.

Joshua Hoeberling completed their high school education and received a HS Diploma from Linden High School between 2008 and 2012. Joshua then pursued higher education, starting at Lansing Community College from 2012 to 2013, where they studied General Studies. Joshua then transferred to Mott Community College in 2013 for further studies in General Studies. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, Joshua attended Michigan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, focusing on Economics as their field of study.
