Ann Deleon

Ann DeLeon, MS, is an experienced corporate trainer and media coordinator with a strong educational background and extensive teaching experience. Currently serving as a corporate trainer for the Lake Washington School District since September 2010, Ann has developed and teaches a course designed for substitute teachers. In addition to this role, Ann has been a part-time substitute teacher across various elementary and secondary schools. As a self-employed media coordinator since 1999, Ann specializes in writing and publishing e-newsletters, authoring articles, designing print media, creating promotional materials for small non-profits and local businesses, and managing social media presence. Previously, Ann worked as a full-time teacher in Miami-Dade County Public Schools from 1990 to 2000, with dual certification in Exceptional Student Education and Journalism. Ann holds a B.S. in Telecommunication, a Post-Baccalaureate in Journalism Education from the University of Florida, and an M.S. in Education from the University of Miami.
