Megan Novak

Megan Novak is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in coaching and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Basketball Coach at Eastlake High School within the Lake Washington School District, Megan has played a pivotal role in leading the team to 4A State Championships in both 2019 and 2023. Previously, Megan held multiple positions at Blueprint, including Product Operations Manager and Program Manager focused on innovation and experimentation. As a founding member of Round, a community for technology executives, Megan fosters collaboration and mentorship among leaders in the tech industry. Additional experience includes technical project management at Experis, where Megan managed engineering processes for high-profile advertising projects, and project management roles at Harvey Nash Group. Megan's early career involved customer service at PRO Club and Red Robin, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
