William Kaiser

William "Bill" Kaiser is an accomplished educator and experienced manager with a diverse background in both special education and the hospitality industry. Currently, Bill Kaiser serves as a Special Education and Math Teacher and Paraeducator at Lake Washington School District since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Community Manager at Greystar and Essex Property Trust, where Bill Kaiser successfully maximized revenue and achieved industry-leading renewal rates. Bill Kaiser's prior experience also includes guest services management at Viceroy Hotel Group and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where exceptional guest service scores were attained. Bill Kaiser holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Washington University.
