Marcel Korman, CGC, LEED AP, CEM, currently serves as the Manager of the PMO Office for Lake Worth Beach, where responsibilities include overseeing electric utility operations and reliability improvement strategies. Previous experience includes project management at Hotwire Communications Ltd, leading construction growth and optimizing network deployments, and serving as Vice President and Director of Project Management at Converged Services, focusing on fiber optic network strategies and community representation. As Operations Director for Swire Properties, Marcel played a key role in the Brickell City Centre development, ensuring technical and systems management for a major mixed-use project. Further prior roles include Executive Director at CVE Master Management, Principal at Lenko Corporation, and Director of Operations at Adler Realty Services, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and operational efficiency throughout various industries. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from McGill University and has obtained a LEED AP certification from the University of Florida's Treeo Center.
