Joey Vong

Joey Vong is an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in supporting large-scale IT environments. Currently employed at Lakefield Veterinary Group since March 2020, Joey oversees a network servicing over 1000 users across more than 50 locations while ensuring compatibility of various software with server upgrades. Prior to this, Joey served as a System Administrator at Western Paper Distributors from February 2017 to March 2020, managing IT resources for 150+ users and handling multiple systems such as WSUS and Exchange 2010 Server. Joey's career began as a Technical Support Specialist at Pueblo Computer Help, LLC., where responsibilities included assembling and troubleshooting computers, combined with earlier experience in patient transportation at Parkview Medical Center, which emphasized customer service skills. Joey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from Champlain College.
