Samantha Eagan Dvm

Samantha Eagan, DVM, is an experienced associate veterinarian currently serving at Lakefield Veterinary Group since September 2022, as well as previously at Banfield Pet Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022, where a focus was placed on both wellness and illness services for small animals in northern Atlanta. Eagan earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Midwestern University, where coursework concentrated on small animal medicine, surgery, and feline medicine. Prior to veterinary school, Eagan received a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences with a premedical focus from the Florida Institute of Technology and held roles as a research assistant and peer tutor. Eagan’s early veterinary experience includes work as a kennel technician and veterinary assistant at Coral Veterinary Clinic, and a student representative for the American Heartworm Society, promoting awareness of heartworm disease.
