Hayley Alexis Hayes

Hayley Alexis Hayes is an accomplished Architect and Designer with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality design. Currently serving as Interiors Lead at Lake|Flato Architects since December 2023, Hayes previously owned a design consultancy, managing projects that included substantial residential remodels and commercial spaces. Notable positions include Senior Designer at Studio Shamshiri, where Hayes oversaw significant renovations, and Architect/Designer roles at Wittman Estes Architecture + Landscape and MG2, focusing on various project phases from conceptual design to construction administration. Hayes also has experience as Design Lead at Mallet Incorporated and as a Contract Designer at SkB Architects.
