Paul Weber

Paul Weber is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in real estate and hospitality management. Currently serving on the Steering Committee at Lakehead University since June 2021, Paul collaborates on strategic growth initiatives and staff selection for future engagement. As a business professional since January 2016, focus has been on mortgage brokerage, assisting clients with financing, refinancing, and managing debt portfolios. Previous roles include Sales Representative positions at Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. and Royal LePage, and leadership as Campaign Chair for both Kempenfelt Bay School and Lakehead University Orillia. Paul also owned Balanced Hospitality from 2004 to 2010 and Webers Restaurants from 1978 to 2004. Paul holds a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ryerson University, obtained between 1969 and 1974.
