Alex Vandertoorn

Alex VanDerToorn has a strong background in information technology and network engineering. Alex started their career as a Network Administrator II at Lakeland Bank in 2005 and worked their way up to become an Assistant Treasurer and Network Engineer. In 2018, they took on the role of Assistant Vice President and Network Engineer Lead. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Vice President and IT Network & Application Manager, and they are currently the Senior Vice President in the same position. Prior to joining Lakeland Bank, Alex worked as an Information Technologies Lab Aide at County College of Morris from 2002 to 2005.

Alex VanDerToorn has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey. They also have an Associate's degree in micro computer technical support from County College of Morris. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Web Development from County College of Morris.
