Jeanne Hagen

Jeanne Hagen has extensive experience in the human resources field, primarily within the banking industry. Jeanne started their career at Somerset Valley Bank in 1998 as the VP Human Resources Director. During their time there, they were responsible for managing the entire HR function and played a key role in recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, policy and procedures, and staff development. Jeanne held this position until June 2007.

Following their tenure at Somerset Valley Bank, Jeanne joined Somerset Hills Bank in July 2007 as the SVP Human Resources & Investor Relations/ Corporate Secretary. In this role, they oversaw all HR functions for a $380MM bank, including recruiting, payroll, compliance with EEOC and AAP, benefits administration, and staff development. Additionally, they served as the Corporate Secretary and Shareholder Relations Director.

In the same year, they also became a part of Lakeland Bank (formerly Somerset Hills Bank) as the SVP/Human Resources, where they continued to contribute their expertise in human resources management.

Prior to their banking experience, Jeanne served as the Past Governor for NJ District Kiwanis from October 2006 to September 2007.
