Kathryn Boje

Kathryn Boje currently serves as the Assistant Treasurer and Branch Operations Manager at Lakeland Bank since November 2021, and previously held the position of Personal Banking Consultant II. Prior to this, Kathryn was the Executive Team Leader for Specialty Sales at Target from February 2020 to November 2021. Kathryn's earlier experience includes managing roles at Tillys as Store Manager, Old Navy as Assistant General Manager, and American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as Store Manager. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University, awarded in 2007.
