Rebecca joined Lakeland Behavioral Health System in September 2012 as a unit social worker and was promoted to Director of Performance Improvement & Risk Management in October 2015. Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience working in the Behavioral Health field. Prior to joining Lakeland, she has held positions with various agencies including Youth Villages, Springfield Partners, and the Division of Youth Services. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Gerontology and her Master of Social Work degrees at Missouri State University.
