Rachel Siegel

Rachel Siegel is an experienced Design Sprint Manager and Human-Centered Designer currently working at Kidsburgh.org. Rachel is known for co-creating and leading active, community-building learning experiences for Design Teams in Western PA. Prior to their current role, Rachel has held various positions in counseling and education, including Director of Counseling at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School, Secondary School Counselor at American Cooperative School of La Paz, and Therapeutic Support Staff at Pressley Ridge. Rachel also serves as a Mental Health & Wellness Services Concierge and Design & Innovation Specialist at Lakeland Community College.
