Lucia O'Neill

Lucia O'Neill is currently working at Lakeland Dairies as a Group HR Projects Lead, bringing with their a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Prior to their current role, Lucia also served as an HR Business Partner and Graduate Programme Co-ordinator and HR Advisor at the company. Lucia started their career as a Personnel and Finance Placement Student at Fermanagh District Council and has worked as a Polling Clerk at The Electoral Office for Northern Ireland. Lucia holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from Ulster University and a BSc in Business Studies with Human Resources from the University of Ulster, along with a Diploma in Industrial Studies.
