Karen M. MacLeod

Karen M. Macleod has extensive experience in leadership roles and board memberships across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee Chair at Cyngn, Karen also contributes to the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA as a Finance Committee Chair and Strategy Committee Member. In addition, Karen holds a position on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at Track Group, Inc. Previous roles include board positions at the Financial Women's Association and Overland Solutions, Inc., and founding Areté Group, a talent solutions firm. Karen's leadership background encompasses project-based and permanent talent solutions in the areas of accounting, finance, human resources, and IT through roles at Tatum LLC and RGP among others. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
