Jodie Gardner has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Jodie has held various roles in different companies, including Head of Insight & Customer Marketing at Lakeland since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of CRM at ao.com from 2018 to 2023, where they managed a team of 12 specialists and developed CRM strategies for multiple brands within the company. Jodie also worked as the Head of CRM at The Fragrance Shop for a brief period in 2018.

Before joining ao.com, Jodie was the Head of CRM and CRM Manager at Fanatics (International) from 2010 to 2018, where they created global CRM strategies for major sporting brands. Jodie also worked as a Senior Account Manager at McCann Manchester, managing eCRM and offline kids CRM accounts for Clarks and UPS. In addition, Jodie has experience as a Dealer Marketing Executive at Nexus/H & Suzuki GB, a Marketing Campaign Manager at Ignition NBS Ltd, and a Marketing Coordinator at Priory Motor Group Limited. Jodie began their career as a Promotions Assistant at Naseem Hamed Enterprises. Throughout their career, Jodie has focused on developing and implementing CRM strategies, managing customer databases, and creating targeted marketing campaigns.

Jodie Gardner obtained a BA degree in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In 2014, they also earned a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
