Steven Greaves

Steven Greaves is an accomplished Retail Field Operations Manager at Lakeland since July 2010, with comprehensive operational accountability for approximately 60 UK stores and the Lakeland Middle East franchise. With a strong background in cross-functional retail operations, Steven leads initiatives in product, marketing, and logistics, while driving significant retail change programs and overseeing the implementation of new systems. Previously, Steven held roles such as Retail Development & Innovation Manager, Business Performance Manager, and Store Manager at Lakeland, as well as Interim Dual Site Manager and Vice President at the University of Lincoln Students' Union. Steven holds an MBA in Retailing and Retail Operations from the University of Stirling and a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Lincoln.
