Aaron Schulz, MBA has a diverse work experience across various industries. Aaron started their career at Walmart as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing front-end functions and staff. Aaron then joined Waffle House, Inc. as a Unit Manager, where they operated a 24-hour restaurant unit and achieved excellent performance in key metrics such as labor budgets, food cost, and associate turnover.

Afterwards, Aaron worked at Steak n Shake as a Training Store General Manager, where they led a team of managers and associates to achieve operational excellence and increased sales in a high-volume location. Aaron then joined Panera Bread as a General Manager, where they recruited, trained, and evaluated management and associates, and managed daily activities to achieve operational excellence.

Most recently, Aaron served as the Head of Food and Beverage at LakePoint Sports, a premier youth sports destination. In this role, they directed and coordinated all operations of the Food and Beverage department across multiple venues, and developed and implemented various processes including menu buildouts, training materials, vendor relationships, and department budgets.

Aaron Schulz, MBA received their education starting from their high school years at Spruce Creek High School, where they earned their High School Diploma with a specialization in IB Certificate. Aaron then pursued further studies at Daytona State College from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision and Management.

Seeking higher education, Aaron enrolled in Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Management and Leadership in 2020. Aaron also obtained additional certifications during their educational journey, including a Master of Business Administration - Concentration in Management/Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2020, as well as certifications in ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified in November 2020 and ServSafe Alcohol from ServSafe Certified in March 2021.
