Paul Fairclough

Paul Fairclough is the current Dean of Higher Education at Lakes College. Prior to this, they were the Higher Education Manager for Nuclear Degrees at Gen2 from September 2005 to January 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Section for Postgraduate and undergraduate Nuclear Degrees at the University of the Highlands and Islands from January 2003 to December 2005.

Paul Fairclough has a Type 7 Masters in Engineering Management from CCL and a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Loughborough University.

Their manager is Chris Nattress, College Principal. They are on a team with Mark Birschel - Quality Manager, Eliza Treme-Swailes - Director of Further and Higher Education, and Karen Wilson - Deputy Principal.
