Michelle Bushee

Michelle Bushee is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Lakes Gas since March 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior District Manager at Waste Management for a brief period in 2021. With extensive experience at Ferrellgas from March 1997 to April 2021, Michelle progressed through several key roles, including Director of Operations/General Manager, Director of Customer Service, and West Division Customer Service Manager, demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Aviation Services from the University of North Dakota and furthered education at the University of Mary from 1998 to 2000.
