Leah Douglas

Leah Douglas, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Business Partner for the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Lakeshore Learning Materials since December 2022. Prior to this role, Leah was an Executive Assistant at Tattooed Chef from January to November 2022 and held the position of Executive Assistant to the Board of Harbor Commissioners at the Port of Long Beach between May 2019 and January 2022. Experience also includes serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at The Guidance Center, Long Beach, where responsibilities involved high-level support for leadership and training coordination for clinicians. Earlier roles encompassed office management and executive support at the Long Beach Public Library Foundation, event services coordination at FantaSea Yachts and Yacht Club, sales management at Hornblower Cruises & Events, and wedding management at South Coast Winery Resort and Spa. Leah holds an MBA in Project Management from Capella University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Sonoma State University.
