Natascha Stevko

Natascha Stevko is a Senior Design Engineer at Lakeshore Learning Materials since June 2023, and the Owner of Teks Futura, which focuses on digital development and prototyping of textile-based products. Natascha has extensive experience from a 17-year tenure at Hasbro, where key roles included Principal Engineer in Sustainability and in Fashion Dolls, leading product development for notable brands such as Disney Princess and Frozen. This experience involved converting product materials to sustainable options and utilizing digital development software for garment design. Natascha also held managerial positions overseeing cross-functional teams to execute plush toy development, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Natascha obtained a BS in clothing and textiles design from Framingham State University and further education from American Intercontinental University.
