Phillip Noren

Phillip Noren has extensive work experience in product design, engineering, and management. Phillip is currently the Vice President of Product Engineering and Quality at Lakeshore Learning Materials as of 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Target, including Senior Director of Product Design & Development, Director of Product Design & Engineering, Manager of Product Design & Engineering, and Senior Product Development Engineer. Phillip'sresponsibilities at Target included overseeing the development of owned brand products, leading teams of designers and engineers, and launching successful brands such as Heyday, Open Story, and Made by Design. Before their time at Target, Phillip worked at GE as an Application Development Engineer and Sales Account Manager, where they provided plastic engineering consulting services and focused on business development. Phillip also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at ICM Plastics.

From 1995 to 1999, Phillip Noren attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
