Currently serving as Vice President of Risk Management at LRS, Richard has held key roles at various organizations, including Vice President, Safety and Risk Management at Sunrise Bus Transportation, and Manager of Insurance and Risk at the Archdiocese of Chicago, where responsibilities included managing the risk functions for a vast network serving over 2.2 million Catholics. Richard's expertise includes optimizing risk processes, reducing costs, and implementing effective risk management strategies across multiple industries, including transportation and public services. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University.
