Finance and Analysis

The Finance and Analysis team at Lakeshore Regional Entity oversees budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to ensure effective utilization of resources in providing mental and behavioral health services. Team members, including Financial Analysts and a Finance Assistant, collaborate to monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and the sustainability of our health services across the seven counties we serve.
