Ryan Thompson has extensive experience in staff development and training, having worked at Lakeside Behavioral Health System as a Staff Development Coordinator and Mental Health Technician Manager. Ryan is also skilled in infection control as an assistant in the same role. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Home Depot as a Freight Operations Team Leader and Sales Associate, where Ryan focused on inventory control and customer service. Additionally, Ryan has experience as an Off-Campus Educator at Faith Heritage, designing personalized lesson plans and managing student behavior. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Early Childhood Education from The University of Memphis.
