Cathy Happel

Cathy Happel has extensive experience in customer service, having served as a Customer Service Team Lead at both Lakeside Book Company and RR Donnelley since August 1991. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and HR Management from Columbia College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from East Central Union in Missouri.
