Peter Shima is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the book manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Lakeside Book Company since July 2019, Peter has previously held leadership roles including President/CEO at Thomson-Shore, where focus was on turnaround operations, and Director of Information Technology at Edwards Brothers Malloy, where Peter managed teams across multiple manufacturing sites utilizing an agile development approach. Peter's earlier career includes significant positions at Malloy Incorporated, where contributions to technological advancements in book manufacturing were impactful. Educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Printing Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
