Chris Round has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career at Dunston Associates in 2003 as a Support Engineer, providing IT support and consultancy to the SME market. Chris then joined DCSL Limited in 2006, where they continued as a Support Engineer, offering onsite and remote support for small and medium business networks throughout the UK. In 2008, they joined Sony Mobile Communications as a Service Owner & Support Engineer, providing support across EMEA to 750+ users and interacting with VIPs. Chris then worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from 2015 to 2017 as an IT Business Analyst, managing stakeholder relationships and driving business change. Currently, since 2017, they are working at Lakeside Software, first as a Technical Relationship Manager and currently as a Product Manager, responsible for realizing the value of workspace analytics and developing close relationships with customers.
Chris Round attended Basingstoke College of Technology from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Information and Communication Technology. Chris obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Pendo.io Product-led Certification in November 2022, the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2017, the BCS Certificate in Systems Modelling Techniques in February 2017, the Foundation Certificate in Business Change in September 2016, the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice in July 2016, the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in January 2010, and the Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
