Yvonne Y. Deardorff

Yvonne Deardorff is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate management and real estate law. Since December 2006, Yvonne has served as President/Chief Executive Officer and Attorney at Lakeside Title Company, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of corporate business development and managing operations across multiple locations. Concurrently, Yvonne holds the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Partner at Lakeside Law Firm, LLC, specializing in transactional real estate matters and client representation in residential and commercial short sales. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore, complemented by an AA in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College.
