Deborah Comiskey

Deborah Comiskey is currently pursuing a Master's degree and credential at National University and serves as a substitute teacher for Lakeside Union School District. With a strong background in education, Deborah has been the Garden and Nutrition Based-Science Instructor and Program Lead at Lakeside Farms Elementary since 2019. Previous experience includes roles as an Administration and Research Assistant for Lori Futterman, PhD, and as an Independent Living Instructor at Braille Institute of America. Deborah also has experience in retail as a Grocery Team Lead and Associate at Trader Joe's and in educational settings, including RSP student teaching with Santee School District and directing the Surf School at Pacific Beach Surf Shop. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego and an Associate's degree from Golden West College.
