Prior to this, George worked as the Sr Director of Engineering at Catalent Pharma Solutions and as the Sr Director of Operations and Engineering at Bettera Brands LLC. George also held positions at Kroger, where they served as the Site Leader/General Manager and Division Manager of Engineering. George has a strong background in project management, maintenance, and reliability engineering.
