Baker Breedlove

Baker Breedlove serves as the Vice President at Lakeview since July 2024, following a successful tenure as the Chief Executive Officer at Mortgage Specialists International from August 2013 to July 2024. At Mortgage Specialists International, Baker led operations, client performance, P&L management, contract negotiations, and analytics, overseeing services for institutional clients across a national scale related to property preservation. Baker's earlier legal experience includes multiple in-house counsel roles and a legal internship at the Public Defender's Office in the 19th Judicial Circuit in 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, complemented by legal studies at Southwestern Law School and The University of the South Pacific.
