Derrick Pullen

Derrick Pullen, MS, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of HR and D&I at Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, overseeing Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams for over 1,000 employees since January 2024. Prior to this role, Derrick spent over 14 years at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, where responsibilities included leading the Talent Acquisition and Compensation Team for 1,500 employees and collaborating with executive leadership to develop HR programs related to diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. Derrick has held various HR positions across several organizations, including B/E Aerospace and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, and strategic HR management. Derrick holds an MS in Management from Barry University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
