Tara Endress

Tara has over 15 years of experience in operational accounting and business management. She has a broad background, working in multiple industries for companies including Caterpillar, Cummins, Vail Resorts, and SPS Commerce. In her many different roles in these organizations, she developed an expertise in business analysis, process improvement and efficiency.

She has helped to manage multiple large-scale projects in her career including a full ERP system implementation and due diligence in the sale of two private entities to public companies. She also contributed to post-acquisition integration and substantially reduced period end close and financial reporting timelines.

With her combined business expertise and accounting background, she effectively manages project timelines and costs allowing management to make informed decisions regarding program development and advancement.
