Alan Watson has extensive experience in technical services and leadership roles within the automation industry and technology distribution. Since February 1994, Alan has served as President and Technical Services Manager at Lakewood Automation, overseeing customer support, training, and presales support. Additionally, Alan is a member of the Executive Board of Directors and serves as the Program Committee Chair for the AHTD Association for High Technology Distribution, focusing on speaker selection for conferences. Alan's early career includes a role as a Camp Counselor at Camp Roosevelt, where responsibilities included leading activities and maintaining program quality. Alan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Swansea University, completed in 1993, after attending Bedstone College from 1983 to 1990.
