Sheila Lakhani

Sheila Lakhani has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and childcare industries. Sheila started their career as the Director of Operations at Lakhani Hospitality, Inc. in September 2000 and held this position until April 2017 when they became the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In 2008, Sheila became the Principal Owner of Mini Steps Childcare. Later, in December 2012, they also became the Principal Owner of First Steps Nursery School.

Sheila Lakhani began their education at Niles West High School from 1995 to 1998. After graduating from high school, they attended DePaul University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Roosevelt University between 2002 and 2005.
