Jacob Aabjerg Pedersen

Jacob Aabjerg Pedersen has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and business development. Jacob is currently working as the COO at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes from April 2020 to March 2022. Jacob also held the position of Operations Director at Orkla ASA from September 2017 to May 2020. Jacob has noteworthy experience as the Production & Logistics Director at Riemann A/S, specializing in development and production of skin care products, from February 2016 to August 2017. Jacob worked at DuPont Nutrition & Health as a Business Development & Supply Chain Optimization Leader from July 2014 to January 2016 and as a Business Process Optimization Leader from July 2012 to June 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Supply Chain Development Manager at Danisco Foods B.V. from September 2010 to July 2012. Jacob has a strong background in supply chain management as they worked at Chr. Hansen A/S in various roles such as Head of Supply Chain from February 2008 to September 2010, Global Product Manager from September 2006 to February 2008, and Global Planning Coordinator from April 2003 to September 2006.

Jacob Aabjerg Pedersen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen University College of Engineering between 1999 and 2003. Jacob later pursued a BS degree in Managing Food&Beverage Innovation at SIMI (Scandinavian International Management Institute) from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, Jacob received certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from DuPont Six Sigma. Jacob further enhanced their skills by becoming a Certified SCOR Professional from the Supply Chain Council in 2013.
