Victoria Sluzhavaya is a Technical Recruiter at Lalafo, an AI-powered C2C marketplace, since February 2022, responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with project managers, team leads, and general management to identify recruitment needs. Prior to Lalafo, Victoria worked as an IT Recruiter at THE GRAVITY AGENCY from April 2021 to February 2022, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously throughout the recruitment process. Victoria began their career as a Recruiter at Binotel LLC from May 2020 to April 2021. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
